Kickback Jack’s

Food was good and reasonably priced....service not so much. I ordered a diet Coke. I don't believe that's what I got even though the server assured me I had. I ordered the pizza and salad lunch. She brought the pizza but not the salad. When she finally noticed I was waiting for the salad, she brought it but with the wrong dressing. She was too busy conversing with others to worry about something as unimportant as making sure she got my order correct. Too bad. The pizza was very tasty but I'm not likely to try it again.

Horrible experience!! Went to a birthday celebration for my niece and told the waitress I wasn’t staying long because I had a massage appointment. I was the first of my party to place my order and I was very specific about my order being Togo. Needless to say, several entrees came out before mine and when I questioned the waitress she said the kitchen put the order on plates but she told them to correct it and it shouldn’t be much longer. Several minutes later, my food came out and I was ready to pay and leave. I checked my bag and it was all wrong. I ordered 30 wings ( 10 dry rubbed, 10 honey barbecue, and 10 sweet Thai chili) a Pepsi, and a crab cake sandwich meal. My problem was that all 30 wings were in the same box mixing all the sauces. When I asked why they weren’t in separate boxes, the waitress said she wasn’t sure why and that she could redo it. I explained that I didn’t have time for a redo and I needed her to adjust the price because I didn’t want them mixed otherwise I would have ordered one type. She got the manager and he was very rude! He justified the fact that the wings were placed in one container unless specified and that he wasn’t adjusting the bill. I explained to him that I thought it was common knowledge with people having food allergies or when ordering multiple flavors, they would be separate. The only way I would have known, was if I was an employee or if that would have been explained. He offered to remake the wings and I told him I don’t have time to wait, I have an appointment. So I then said, well since this can not be adjusted you may take your 30 wings back and adjust my ticket accordingly. He says, this is not how this works. You can’t place an order and say you don’t want it. I told him, this is how it was going to work today cause I’m not paying for dry rubbed Thai chili honey barbecue. He went on an on and to my understanding, he finally came to his senses and was going to adjust the bill and give me the wings. At least that’s what I thought. Instead, he took the wings and the waitress brought my adjusted ticket back. When I asked the waitress why he took the wings if he was going to give them to me she said he was going to remake them. I was furious and confused. I just told him I had to go and couldn’t wait for him to redo it. I asked my sister to just get the wings before she left because I had to go. During my massage, my sister called and said he never brought the wings back. This situation could have easily been rectified but his lack of customer service skills, lack of accommodation skills and poor attitude caused an unpleasant experience and I will not be back nor will my family or friends.

I went out with my family to get something good to eat. I decided Kickback Jack's because I love the wings. Well we get there and they seat us. Over 10 mins later and our waiter has not been seen. So...I get my family and we leave. I speak with the manager on duty and he apologize for everything. I explained to him that I come here often, especially at lunch and this is the first time that I was never even greeted by a waiter. Apparently Ashanti was supposed to be my waiter, but I would have never known because she didn't speak to us. If she was busy, it doesn't take that long to speak.Now, I love the wings here, but the service was a turn off! So, now we're at Buffalo Wild Wings being treated like we should.

Service at the bar was not personable. Bar Tender was not clean sneezing/coughing in arm. I ordered food, pickles were good but burger sucked. I asked for med well it was med, lots of pink. Showed and stated my burger was not right and bar tender server. Hunches his shoulders as if was no big deal. My tip reflected the same. Oh will9]

Great atmosphere. Lots of great looking staff here. Our server was very attentive and friendly. The food selection could be widened a bit, but was decent nonetheless. Good drink selection, including on tap. It was fairly loud in there so don't expect to have a quiet conversation. The music inside could not be deciphered beyond the bass. They may want a sound person to work on that, wasn't until we were outside that Icould actually tell what was playing. Loads of tvs, everywhere you look, so no matter where you sit, you won't miss your favorite sporting event. Food quality was excellent, as was the quantity. Definitely left satisfied. Prices were decent, not cheap, but not expensive either. It was around $50 for an appetizer, a couple beers, and two entrees plus tip.
