What a great restaurant! My absolute favorite for a splash out meal. Everything, from start to finish, was perfect. We arrived ten minutes early, before the rest of our party but we were seated right away and asked by our wonderful waiter if we wanted to get started with drinks. The service all around was genuinely friendly and efficient without being syrupy. The food though, oh my goodness, what food. So beautifully prepared and utterly delicious. Between us we had swordfish, salmon, steak, and all plates were clean as a whistle at the end. Finished with creme brûlée and the legendary sticky toffee pudding, which is to die for. Plenty of parking, comfortable seating (so often lacking), comfortable noise level, just excellent. Can't wait for next time.

On of the best restaurants in Richmond. Our experience was outstanding. I had the rabbit but there were many awesome selections for people not as brave as I. The wine list was good as well. On the way in I noticed several great selections of whiskey. It was quite and cozy with an excellent wait staff. 👍👍

It was a great experience. The service was excellent. Lots of flavors. Sometimes it seems like too many flavors but in this world of bland food, this place stands out! The only thing that we thought was funny was that they offered you two pieces of bread and a container of home made butter made for a loaf of bread. Don’t be shy asking for more bread to go with the butter. The butter has an interesting texture with salt added in. The toffee pudding was so good that it is officially on my list of favorite foods.

First the ambiance. I got a very good impression from the outset. It is fine dining without being intimidating. I did not use their facilities but my sister did & she said it was very clean. The food was excellent, the dessert likewise. The servers were friendly. Our server, Hannah, was attentive to our needs without hovering. It's a bit on the pricey side but well worth it. I will definitely be going there again for my next special occasion.

The food was great, and the rest of the dining experience was about what I would expect of a three dollar sign restaurant. I'm only giving 3 stars because I hope management takes note of below to improve future interaction with others. I am however sadly disappointed in the care of customers needs. We had made a reservation early in the dining timeframe, and I had clearly requested in my reservation a seating request to help the evening go more smoothly. However, when we arrived, and we were the first guests to be seated in the dining area, the complete opposite of my request was granted. One seat backed to the middle of the dining room, and the other backed to the bar and beside the waiter station/service bar. The place was empty so I didn't make a fuss about it as I figured it would make little difference when not busy, I wish I had. About half way through our dining the place near instantly filled and all the difficulties that I had hoped to avoid were as bad as they could be. I hope that in the future, when your establishment receives a request that someone took the time to write and explain why, that at least a shred of effort is put in to accommodating that request.
