I wish that I was able to give zero stars however the system does not allow. Please, I repeat please DO NOT eat at this establishment. I know when Dave came up with the idea of starting Wendy's this is not what he had on mind. Upon entrance there is a horrible smell, I should have turned around and left right then. The sanitary practices at this location is substandard. The employees need to be retrained, you can't scratch your face, your hair, your body, sweep the floor and walk over to serve food and not wash your hands. If its slow and you cook meat 5 hours ago that should be discarded at a certain time and not be served to customers. As a mother I made a terrible mistake by stopping at this location to get food for my family. The only fast food that we eat is chik fil a (all locations are consistent) and sometimes cookout (i can only speak for the new location in short pump). We do not eat at Wendy's or the others which I will not mention. The one time in years that I decided to do so, my children got sick. They were in the bathroom non stop. Please stick with what you know so that this does not happen to your family. They get a zero star!!

20 minute wait in drive-thru just for somebody to actually come to the speaker and take the order. Absolutely ridiculous and absolutely unacceptable do not go to this drive-through unless you have a very very very long time to wait. And the drive-through Lane is designed in a way that there is no way out once you're stuck in it other than to just get through to the end. Avoid going to this drive-through at all costs unless you just enjoy sitting and sitting and sitting and waiting for a very long time

The food is usually always good. They double charged my credit card. When I called and spoke with the manager she said I had to bring the receipt and my credit card statement to get my $8.61 back. I called the credit card company and filed a dispute. Not going back when Chick-fil-a is $2 cheaper. Sorry Dave.

Disappointed with the staff team and bad customer service alllll the time. You've might as well put a child to work there they'll be more happy with a smile to be there .. Food is good though, no problems with that. I just can't get a simple hello nor a stink face without asking for ketchup
