Friendly service. Great menu with lots of fresh choices. It was hard to pick just one entree because they all looked so good. Easy, delicious dinner for four. I was visiting my dad and I can see why it's one of his favorite restaurants. It's one of mine now too.

I placed an order a day yesterday for 10 people for a business lunch meeting with one of my best customers. I ordered individual boxed lunches with specific orders, asked for each box to be labeled by name, and asked for the food to be ready for pickup today by 10:30am. The catering manager that I spoke with on the phone was very friendly and assured it would be no problem. Today was another story, completely! I got to Zoe's around 10:40am to pick up the phone and head straight to my customer lunch meeting. It was clear that things were not at all organized. There were only 2 people working the catering, and there were several people that were there clearly waiting to pick up their order. It took at least 5 minutes to even be greeted, and my order wasn't ready when I got there. Once she realized that the order wasn't ready, one of the ladies told me to sit down and wait while they got it ready. I sat and waited for about 15 minutes and then started getting anxious about getting to my meeting on time. At around 11:05, I went up to her to check the status of my order, and then she told me she was going to get it ready then. She started frantically putting boxes, party trays, and cookies in bags. I had only ordered boxed lunches, so not everything was mine. I then checked my order and realized that not only were some of my boxed lunches missing, but they weren't labeled, and there were orders in there that didn't belong to me. The woman even dropped one of the boxes of salad on the floor, picked it up, and then put it back in the bag to give to me. I had to tell her to take out the party tray that didn't belong to me. She ended up giving me a bag of cookies that I didn't order, as well as an extra Greek salad, "just in case" she missed an order. I left after 40 minutes of waiting and was late to my customer meeting where I was providing lunch. While I like Zoe's for lunch, I will never again use their catering or count on them for an important customer meeting.
