We didn't realize that we had gotten here about 20 minutes before closing time. We were traveling back home and stopped because it was a familiar chain restaurant that we always enjoy. The staff took excellent care of us and couldn't have been nicer. They were cleaning up and getting ready to go home and still managed to be friendly and provide good service. Will be back the next time we're passing through.

This is a really nice place to eat. I have been here with my parents, a number of times. The host and Hostess, and all the waiters and waitresses have been very good. Their pies are exceptional! If you sign up for their deals and coupons, you get a 10 to 25% off coupon, about every other week, or more.

Really good food. The service can be spotty but that's rare. We've never eaten anything that we didn't like here. Most everything, including the drinks, is made by the servers so it's a bit of a personal touch. The pot roast is as good or better than mom makes. Seriously.

I hadn't been to this location in months. The food and service was exceptional. Glad to know things haven't changed! If you go there I hope you're fortunate to have Ms. Mary as your server. She goes above so please tip her well!

I'm torn about what to rate it. Food was decent. Pancakes are fluffy when they're hot and fresh. Management must be horrible here because staff seems unhappy and you can tell there's no cohesion or teamwork. The way that translates to customers is that no one will refill drinks if your waiter is busy and small things like that. We sat for almost an hour after ordering. We were close to just paying for drinks and leaving but finally food was served. While we were waiting our server never updated us on the status, never checked on us, never refilled drinks. When our food arrived, it was lukewarm. We did ask for new pancakes just because the pancakes we're rubbery and stiff from having sat in the warming window for so long. We were polite, but the waitress was clearly annoyed. The rest of the food we could eat at lukewarm temps, plus we were all pretty hungry and ready to leave at that point. She did not prebus and we had to catch her to ask for water. She refilled one cup. When paying our bill at the front we noticed a lot of plates sitting at the window. Won't be back again. There's plenty of similar restaurants with better service and food.
