Customer service was great, the girl at the window was nothing but respectful and had a great attitude the entire time. But the chef/cook's making the food messed up my order twice. An when they finally got it right, I got home only to bite into the burger and realize it was completely burned and pretty much inedible.... Everything else was fine, and I can't really be bothered to make another 15 minute drive just to go complain about a burger for the -third- time. They did give me a free medium frosty for all the trouble, so--eh... But I'll probably go the extra few miles next time to the other Wendy's up the road.

Even though it was a slow time, the fries were hot and crispy and the burger was really good! I'm glad I stopped!

Food was fine, but the customer service was mediocre at best. Every time I said thank you, all I got back was "mmhmm" with no smile. It's upsetting for a customer to feel like ordering food is causing a problem for you... especially when it's your job to take orders for food...... anyway, if they hired more polite people that showed just an ounce of respect then maybe I would come back here more.

Not the best visit. Traveling and made a stop for food and restroom. Maybe they had an overflow before we arrived...women's toilet was dirty and the seat is broken. I cleaned it with personal wipes. They were out of ice and specific beverages in the dining area. The nuggets tasted like old grease. When my family and I recall this visit, we are thankful that our cashier was pleasant when asking to correct our order and get drinks from the back. Not in a hurry to return during travels.

Fast and fresh. Even gave my 5 year old son a free frostee
