for the last few years this place has been going downhill. They have a crazy amount of staff turnover. The last time i went they overcharged me TWICE . When i questioned it the 2nd time, the guy was like...oh it is just like .60 cents off. i asked for Ala cart kids taco, they charged me for a meal. The meal comes with a cookie and a drink. - .60 cents difference he says, and offered me a cookie for the mistake! Wait, you are going to charge me for a cookie AND a drink, and offer me just the cookie for the mistake. It was so frustrating. they need at least ONE person there who knows what they are doing . I see some of the old Hanover staff working at short pump- they said they drive there because the management is so much better to work under. I guess i will be making the drive too.

We love the food, & the staff are always pleasant & helpful. We like the well-known greeting "WELCOME TO MOE'S!" & the discounts & reward entrees earned through the smartphone app. Free chips & salsa with every entre makes the meal a great deal. We love ordering a side of queso or guacamole, or sometimes even both! When they have it, try their chili con queso for a meaty, cheesy treat to dip your chips in. If you like mild, American-styled Mexican food like tacos, burritos, & quesidillas, you will love MOE'S. You can always spice it up with salsas or pico offerings. Enjoy!

The food and service are always great! Before... I went in there tonight...3/17/18.... Got no Queso with my chips... Got no " Welcome To Moes"... Rude service.... ????? Not sure I'll return. 😪 Sad, cuz I love the food and to far to go to a Chipotle....

Food was cold, cheese on my bowl i could have bought at kroger, chicken sucked balls. Rice was small and hard like they didnt cook it with enough water. Safe to say chipotle has no competition if moes is its alternative.
