KWHS Classes of 75 & 74 held their class dinner here. The event arrangements were easy, service was fantastic, food was delicious and the atmosphere was great. Would recommend this place to anyone who needs a large private room for a larger crowd.

This place is ridiculously over priced. The seafood is at best descent. Its like they think they're an Oceanfront buffet, in peak summer season. We only visit Calabash as a large party at the request of my 90 year old grandmother. Perhaps she reminisces of when the food was cheaper and better. On our last visit, my wife and I had only water, and bought kids meals for our 2 young children. The bill to feed 2 kids ( 6 and younger) was over $28! Yes that includes almost $5 service charge for our large party, but it was $24 for just their food! $5.60 for 2 cups of milk! Each kids meal was $9! If you want to pay $30 for a normal size piece of flounder with a dash of Old Bay and you consider the Lee Davis High School parking lot a scenic view, then Calabash is a great choice. However if you're willing to spend over $100 to feed a family of 4, and you want a seafood dinner with flavor, try the Boathouse.

Great service. Tasty hush puppies. The broiled seafood is pretty good, but the fried fish and crab cakes are delicious!

I've been eating here since high school, back in seems like 60's or 70's. Always been great. Great people. As good food as money can buy.
