They have the best cheese steak subs!!! The other food I’ve eaten here is awesome also. The ambiance is so beautiful and the owner and the staff is always super friendly and nice. Kim

The food and service here is consistently excellent no matter what I order. I don't even like going anywhere else anymore as I am so often disappointed by other local restaurants.

Great food and service. However just like a lot of other Virginia restaurants that adverstise NY or Chicago style pizza its not. What we were served was Not Chicago style pizza. Chicago style pizza is made like an actual pie with the filling inside surrounded by a crust. Their "Chicago" style here was literally a pan pizza with the filling on top like one would find at Pizza Hut. Disappointing since we have been looking for a Chicago pizza place locally. We also had appetizers and Chicken Parmesean, dessert which were all excellent. We will return since the food is good and we love supporting Local business.

Been here 5 or 6 times now. My favorite dish is the Sicilian style spaghetti, with meatballs. You can definitely spend more money on Italian food in Short Pump, but if you don't want to deal with that traffic AND spend half the money, Giambancos is a great alternative. The atmosphere is small, welcoming and relatively quiet. The servers are prompt and attentive without being overbearing. I think each visit over the last 6 months or so I've seen a fresh selection of microbrews on tap. The only reason we'd remove this spot from our rotation is if they hike up the prices.

Great service and food. I think it will be a new regular spot for my husband and me!
