Been here multiple times before... usually a great place to grab food after my daughter finishes practice at a nearby gym. Last night I stopped in to grab dinner as we had done many times before. After waiting 25 minutes, the guy working the front desk told me they forgot the put the pizza in the oven. After waiting 40 minutes for a pizza and calamari, we finally had what we came for and left. When I got home, my wife opened the calamari and it was cold, and a ridiculously small portion for the price they charged. I don't think we'll be returning here for a while.

Easy to find. Nice shopping center. Well lit good parking. Decent cozy atmosphere. Friendly owner and staff. They aim to please! Stick to their core items and you should be satisfied. The pizza, calzones, cheese steaks etc were A OK. Better to search out some fresh seafood elsewhere. Clean bathrooms. Good prices.

It's a shame that it isn't as busy as it has been in the past, but it's still a great Italian restaurant for the whole family to eat at. The pizzas are phenomenal, the sandwiches are top notch, and the service is very friendly and warm for every customer that walks in the door. Over all, I wish that it pick up on business, but other than that, great food and service for the whole family.

I liked it. Got a steak and cheese lunch combo. Very good sandwich. Reasonably priced combo.

I've eaten here twice, and both times were disappointing. Both times I ordered a 'New York Style' pepperoni pizza and an order of fried beef ravioli. The first time, the pizza was overcooked to the point of being burnt on the bottom, and the fried ravioli was great. NY style should have charred spots on the bottom, but the entire thing should not be black. I was disinclined to eat there again, but there is a serious lack of non-chain pizza places in Mechanicsville. The second time, it was snowing, and I just wanted some quick pizza. I ordered fried beef ravioli and received fried cheese ravioli which wasn't as good as I remembered it being, even discounting the fact that it was the wrong dish. The pizza I received this time was undercooked to the point that the crust was doughy, and, needless to say, there were no charred bits on the bottom. I would rather order pizza from Domino's than from here. At least at Domino's you get a consistent product. If you want a good NY style pizza, check out Two Guys in Short Pump.
