This location is fairly new. It has a more modern upscale type construction. It seem to be very clean and well-kept. The person that took our water was very nice and patient. The food was good and it was a pleasant experience.

Went through drive thru, ordered food had to repeat our order at least 3 times cause the window lady kept cutting us off got to the window to pay she was extremely rude, got to the other window and everything we ordered was wrong sizes of drinks, the sandwiches, our biscuit we ordered 2 got one, ordered grilled chicken got fried Cajun...... Needs new staff..... Or at least teach them basic customer service and manners...

The Bojangles' Famous Chicken 'n Biscuits at 9330 Atlee Road is a typical Bojangles and has the typical fare that you have come to expect. Not usually a huge crowd here, so we typically have fast service. The location is kept clean, and the food and service is very good. Nice location.

Never had an issue with the food or with the staff other than them being SLOW! People on life support have more brain activity than the operations person who runs that place! If you can multitask and want to work in the fast food industry you would be the first one at this location. Again, the food tastes fine and I have never seen rude staff, just slow as all get out!

Absolute worst customer service. Every time someone in my family orders from here something is not placed in the bag. When you go back they do not want to help and they act like you are bothering them when you are only asking for what you paid for. Staff is always laughing and joking and has no care. Handles food without gloves.
