The worst experience - ever. Once we were seated, we waited for about 15 mins and no one had come for us, we had to go up and ask. When we were finally waited on, we waited OVER AN HOUR for the food while other tables who arrived after us got their food. When it finally came, one of the orders was entirely wrong and the waitress forgot to put another order in completely and said it would still be a while for it to come out. We were on a tight schedule so we opted to leave, and the hostess was being entirely difficult with taking the multiple orders we never received off the check and she refused to take any blame, and instead just said "well it's mother's day" - for reference, there were hardly any tables in there when we first arrived.

Food was cold, simple grilled pork chops were dry as wood. I even had a manager to take them away and have them replaced with more grilled pork chops and they were still dry/overcooked. The thing about it is it was Father's Day so the place was packed so you would think the last thing they had time to do was overcook simple uncomplicated grilled pork chops. Even my wife's French toast and eggs we're cold. Go figure... you would think being crowded food would come out hot! This is my 3rd and forth visit that this has happened. The first time I went there my wife and I got there just when they opened so we were the only customers there and my food still came out dry and cold. So it's not like I didn't give them a chance. Good luck.

Takes forever for meal to arrive, they could easily handle the long wait by reducing the time from menu selection to actually serving. My first visit and they got the taste right.

The wait staff was very good. I expected more in there servings with a name like IHOP but overall it was good. I suggest the crepe omlet very good
