I come here frequently for lunch (and dinner) and the staff is great here! Shiren (I believe that's her name!) Is awesome! Remembers me and my order and is always in a great mood!

Both times I have been to the drive thru at this location I have gotten a large mashed potatoes and gravy with no gravy included. This time when I was handed my tailgate box, I was told the buffalo wings were also in the box. Straight up lie. I noticed as I left the parking lot and 10 minutes later when I got back to the restaurant I was greeted with a "the wings are back" and the man who had told me they were in the box launched into an explanation of why it wasn't his fault he lied.

The chicken was crispy and slightly spicy on the outside. There was not a dry bite. I don't know if it's always like that, but it was delicious. I would go again if I'm ever in this part of the world.

This is the most horrible bojangles I have ever been too...wait in the driveway for over 20 minutes...and then they don't even give you what you ordered...not even going to waste my gas to go back! Stay away!

Slow Service. I hadn't been here in at least 2 months because of slow service and decided to give them another try. I pulled in at 7:06 was told just a minute wasn't sure why as I appeared to be the only person in line. at 7:11, she came back to take my order. I came around the corner and saw two more people who must've been sitting there when i first pulled up. I finally got to the window at 7:15 she had my food, which unfortunately was wrong. I don't blame Stephanie who had a smile and was not showing stress because SHE WAS THE ONLY ONE working the drive thru and the counter. I asked if she was by herself and she said her manager was cooking in the back. SMH. the food is great but once again customer service failed b/c they didn't have enough employees.
