Expect a long wait and higher prices. This place has regular peak hours and they are never.. ever.. staffed appropriately. Meaning the cashier at the front counter, and there's only ever one, doesn't have a food runner. So they take your order and then walk away to collect it. Leaving a line of ten plus customers to wait. They're also have some items priced higher than neighboring Wendy's in both chesterfield and Richmond. Like their menu priced double stack is $2.49 while at the neighboring locations its $1.99.

Went through drive-thru and was told to pull around and park and that my food would be brought out to me. I was charged but never received a receipt. I waited from 1:03 to 1:23 and finally went inside. It took an additional 5 minutes to receive my (cold) food and they didn't say anything! No sorry. I saw so many people get food before me. I don't even understand why I had to pull off and park. They seemed to give more priority to their own race. It's sad to see that these days.

Service was polite but they didn’t provide cup holders or straws. Their solution for the cup holder was to put cups in a bag.

Updated review : The gentleman working the drive- through on 2/16 at 9pm was so polite, which was refreshing after working and commuting 12+ hours today. I appreciated his great customer service even after having to wait over 5 min for the staff to bring my food out to my car.
