This subway is the best aroubd. The owners are fantastic and kind, hard working, and know how to make a great sub. Even when they are busy they keep the line running smooth.

The food was excellent. I haven't had a bad experience this far at this Subway. Sometimes the ingredients may not be as fresh as other times, but for the most part, they stay on the ball.

Subway may not seem exciting (and it usually isn't) but what a world of difference a good owner who actually cares about his customers can do for a place as mundane as Subway. This location is immaculately clean, well-stocked and the staff is always cordial. The owner goes out of his way to engage with customers, particularly when he first opened this location and it wasn't seeing a lot of business in the early going. He still really friendly, just much busier. (That's a good thing). Many of these stores restrict their hiring to close family and friends. Not here....It's nice to see that the staff reflects the diversity of this rapidly expanding neighborhood on the outskirts of Richmond City. Finally LOCATION. This part of town is WOEFULLY under served in terms of food options, particularly after dark and while that IS changing for the better, this Subway has become a very convenient "go-to" when I'm feeling lazy, unmotivated and don't want to scarf down the grease-laden menu of the local McDonald's (the only other food option close to me)
