Our first time here my friends and I stopped her for lunch Saturday evening enjoyed the food, drinks, and view. I had the California Club wrap and substituted the fried for their vegetables medley and was surprised at how well the vegetables tasted. For my drink of choice I had the Spring Fever Crush I was looking for something that wasnt til sweet and still had a little kick and that was exactly what I got. Chix is located right along the boardwalk for a great view offering outdoor and indoor seating. A live band was setting up when we were leaving. Definitely a nice place to stop by on your way down the boardwalk for a quick bite and a cold drink!

My wife and I just finished dinner at Chix. She had the southwestern blackened tuna salad, I had the tuna sandwich. The food and service was great. Our server, Kristin, took great care of us and kept checking in to make sure we were enjoying our food. The tuna was perfect! Nothing beats melt in your mouth tuna on the beach! We will be back next time we are in the area, and recommend you eat here!

Great food and service. Very comfortable relaxed interior that's Oceanfront with great views. I visited during the off-season so I can't really comment on crowds or waiting time. Draft beer selection is okay they do have a couple craft beers along with some of the major brands. They also have a pretty nice drink menu. I really enjoyed my crab cakes and highly recommend them.

My boyfriend and I stayed for a weekend in VA beach and some locals recommended Chix to us. The crush drinks are very tasty, I had orange and grapefruit! I had their fried buffalo fish and it was like boneless buffalo wings, but with fresh tuna! It was delicious. I also had their tuna steak tacos, Surf and turf tacos, and crab cakes. My boyfriend had one of their burgers, which was small and not filling for the price, so we ordered chips and dip after, and a fried chicken sandwich. The food, service, and atmosphere was awesome at chix so we came back for a second night (hence the amount of food we tried). The only 2 bad things about chix was the size of the burger and taste of the crab cake. The crab cake was filled with big meat (win) but there was no spices or flavor, just meat (lose). Overall we had an awesome experience and waitresses (Savannah and Shannon) and would recommend this place to any tourists! Outside seating was awesome!

Excellent place for the non seafood eater staying on the beach. Eat inside or out, portions at lunch were plenty, price ,not bad for in season food service. If you sit outside your kinda on your own, even tho wait service is available. Can see the boardwalk activity from anywhere you sit, and especially beautiful was being able to see the ocean while you eat. Mostly guys working, and for female lone traveler, felt respected, and treated very nicely, with no problems like other places in the same type of service restaurant bar industry.
