Like all fast food places you always have to be pretty much middle of the road with them unless some train wreak occurs. This Arby's location is not that bad, now. Arby's corporate seem to have taken an active roll in to bring this particular location up to date. The inside is pleasant now and not always filled with the fryer smoke anymore and TV's now run on the inside spinning new coverage. The Drive thru is still slow as molasses and you can tell most employees have no passion for their job. Then again you really don't get paid well in this area so I can only image that they don't either. Hard to have passion for something if you're only getting a little above minimum wage. Arby's however have done what most places did decrease portion sizes for profit, Because apparently Sliders are just so much better then Jr. Melt or Jr. Roast Beef sandwiches. The food seems to always be hot and overpriced here and normally tend to have a pleasant experience. So like I said middle of the road.

40 minutes in a drive thru line is unacceptable for a simple 3 sandwich order. Love the food, speed of service at this particular store is worst I have ever seen.

At this location, the wait has been very long and the food not fresh at all. Toast was burnt in the Texas Smokehouse brisket and when I asked for no pickles, they simply removed them so the sandwich still had the pickle taste- gross. Also, they're very stingy with the straw onions so the sandwich looks nothing like they advertise, just a few mashed up onions.

The dollar sliders between 2 and 5 are great. The drive-thru appeared to be a long line but it went fairly quickly
