Cool little place. Don't let a full parking lot dissuade you as there's actually a good amount of seating inside. Mimosa's are great (handful of options) I suggest getting a flight especially if a first timer. I was not very satisfied with the meal I received (can't recall what it was called) but it was basically just eggs, meat, and home fries tossed onto a plate. Tasted fine but presented very sloppily. Average pricing. Farm to table theme.

This place is amazing the food and service is off the hook. Organic food is real food. The service that Callie provides is Outstanding and she is a very nice person. The prices are great too. The Carroit cake is to die for. The menu has so many great choices. You will keep coming back like I do. If you are in Virginia Beach please stop by simple eats you won't go wrong. Trust me on that.

There is local artwork all over the place that you can buy. It's makes the meal very interesting. then you get to the menu! Which is excellent. They always have something different and delicious on special. Fresh ingredients and amazing cocktails. I highly recommend the bloodmarys

very bad service had a reservation for 12:30 did not get seated until 1:30. It took an hour to get our food, our waitress asked if we wanted some complementary biscuits to hold us over and we never got them but then at the end she complained about how it would have to come out of her salary but we never even got them. All the orders were messed up we sent a burger back because it was not cooked right then came out wrong again. 4 burgers came out 20 minutes before a couple omlets. Then she messed up the check. 10/10 would NOT recommend terrible service and expensive and average food.

The perfect place for all occasions. I have been here with my girlfriends, my extended family, my kids, date night with my husband and even for large parties. The food is fresh and local and the service is impeccable. You can dine inside surrounded by a cool, coastal, chabby chic decor with local art on the walls or outside on their charming shaded patio. If you love delicious food and enjoy supporting local family-owned small businesses, you won't want to miss this place!
