Slow service, mistakes on order but the cod and baked potato tasted good. The manager who served me was very nice. The establishment was very clean. But I sat down to eat and some employees had congregated at a nearby table. A employee walks over and sits backward on the bench with her pants totally down below her bottom. The last thing a customer wants to see is an employee with his or her pants pulled down showing full undies. Gross. I asked her/him to pull up his/her pants and after glaring at me for a few minutes, she/he pulled her/his shirt down and repositioned so only part of her or his underwear was showing. Should be a health code rule for employees to cover their butts at work.

If I could give this restaurant no stars I would. They are so rude disrespectful and disgusting. I usually always go to Wendy's for a spicy chicken and a green tea because of their services today I will never go back to Wendy's. I asked him for fresh food instead they refried the french fries and gave me sloppy burgers with tomatoes and other toppings missing missing. So I go back to get fresh food and they gave me half cartons of Fry's. I got no apology for the service previous to that. The crew sat around laughing and mocking as if it where funny. I didn't take that funny at all. But management didn't even apologize so you can just imagine what the rest of the team is going to look like. I will be calling corporate as well and posting all over social media about this because it's unacceptable.

Nice and helpful employees. Small things that make the difference

It's a basic Wendy's. Food was average. Made fast served hot

The cashier was nice, and that’s where the positive comments end. -Served cold coffee, when I returned to ask for hot coffee she asked how long I wanted to put in the microwave they had in their break room. -After a long wait, my fresh brewed hot coffe was ready. Once leaving this establishment I saw that my coffe lid was sticky. It appears they placed my lid face down on the soft drink counter and placed it back on my coffee, resulting in the questionably sanitary coffee lid. End state.. disappointed in this team and establishment. Corporate should review their performance.
