Not quite a one star, but the workers really don't care & the food suffers for that. I make less than minimum wage defending freedom but I still give 110% effort at my job. At least pretend to care & give good service...

Was a Good McDs, at one time not too long ago, fresh food & stuff but has went downhill just like the 1 on military Highway in Chesapeake. Just seems like McDonald's has went downhill completely there. The management just doesn't care as long as they keep selling them small small burgers and making plenty of money even after taking all the playgrounds out of the McDonald's so now the kids have nothing to do when they go there. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else like Burger King delicious Whoppers all the time. Well, Tried again & it wasn't bad & good service!!

Only gave 1 star, because that is the lowest there is.Ordered kids meal, forgot my nuggets for my chicken nugget kids meal. They have forgotten the toy mutiple times as well. Asked if there was sauce in the bag before I pulled off was told yes, but there wasn't. Then get home and my burger is RAW. Manager was a joke went and made another sandwich and I just wanted a refund, because I refuse to eat at this McDonald's. Manager gave me cash back just for my sandwich not my meal. (Wish is illegal because I paid by Credit card) And didn't offer anything else, didn't even apologize for me having to come all the way back up here. Lost a customer for sure!!

These guys suck my order gets messed up everytime I come here. The only reason I stop by here with any kind of frequency is because it's down the street and it's something quick when I need to get my kids something when they're on the move two different sporting events and things like that. I absolutely hate going here everyone there is incredibly rude ghetto and unkept. The place is just nasty and I really need to stop wasting my time.

I had a good very helpful staff that morning. She jumped from behind the counter to help us to use the screen. Offered an extra cup if we plan to share the coffee. The best one I had for the last 5 years !! Keeper
