I wrote a bad review on this place a few months back but they have really stepped their game up. I go to this one alot. Before it was convenience now I go because the new manager and personnel gives a great vibe and service. We love this Wendy's!

I fail to understand when you take the time and spend the money to make it a nice fast food place, then allow it to be abused. The bistro area looks nice from a distance. But when you get close there is finger prints all over the fireplace glass. Crumbs of food on the table, chairs and floor. But 4 people standing behind counter .

Great food, clean spaces and friendly servers. Prices are reasonable and new items are added at a good pace.

I go to this wendys alot and have never had problems till i went tonight. The amount of unprofessional workers that were working tonight 4/27/18 10:25 was sooo unreal. They spoke to the manager in the most disgusting and disrespectful way. They were so concentrated on being on their phones and talking to eachother and not paying attention to what they were putting in the bags to give to people. The girl running the window was just as rude as they come. I was seconds away from just getting my money back and carrying myself to a different location. I finally got my food and had to asj for my drinks and the girl had a fit saying to her manager "damn am i supposed to do everything" . I did end up getting my drinks a guy from the back came up and helped out and upsized my drinks for the inconvenience of the crappy job the other employees offered. Right now i really wish there was a option for no stars thats how bad tonights service was.

Food was right off of the grill. People were friendly and professional. The one complaint is the parking lot. It is one way all the way around. Difficult to park. The other short coming is that the doors are not easily noticed from outside.
