If I could choose no star I would.. I love Popeyes and this is the closest one to me.. I had bad service a few months back and stop going there until like a month ago to give it another try. Everything went well until tonight.. I had the same problem I did last time it was bad.. They ran out of the wicked chicken(first time it was the honey tenders). I do understand places run out of food but when I ask to substitute my wicked chicken for tenders I was denied. I was told me order was going to take 7mins.. Waited.. And waited.. And waited.. No wicked chicken. When I went in to ask about my chicken they asked if I wanted to substitute it for tenders.. Which I asked to do the first time.. I just feel like they need a whole new staff or correct the damn management cause this Popeyes location definitely will not get my business anymore

I normally have no problems at this place but after tonight they are lucky to even get a 2 star. Previous visits is what is sparing them. Whomever was working drive-thru needs to learn to speak in a form of English that is more understandable. I understand places run out of certain things from time to time, my place of work has before. However, please make sure someone can speak clearly. There is a difference between 20 and 28. I was told $20.20 but get to the window and there is a guy there instead of the woman who I just spoke to and he gives me attitude about how much it was. I told him I was told $20.20 and he says no it was 28.28. Awesome. Rude people.

I'm never coming back here. My last two experiences turned me off to this place. A month ago I when i came here the biscuit has a strange taste. Today's visit I ordered an 8 peice spicy with slaw and 4 extra biscuits. I never received the extra biscuits. I decided to look at my receipt. He did charge me for the extra biscuits. Also he put that I requested mild instead of spicy. I don't understand there wasn't a long line of people so I don't see how he messed up this simple order.

Why should someone fear going to Popeys? Well there is a reason. Long hard day. Don't want to make dinner. Make your way to Popeys and they have NO chicken! I need management to step up and make sure you are stocked with what is needed to maintain the running of the store. Now on the way from Lynnhaven location to Indian River location in Chesapeake...NO CHICKEN!!!

So order 2 peice spicy I got my breast then I got a burnt up half peice of a wing and breast was so dry I about choked then my dirty rice was dry and gross.... Forget going back and fixing order the people there act like it's a chore to work and hate customers.....I won't be back to this location and Popeyes you need another crew at this location for sure......
