The manager Joyce gave me the best customer service ive had from a mcdonalds in a long time. She makes sure the night orders are made to order so your food is hot and fresh. Keep doing your thing and making that place the best!

Went there to pick up a quick lunch after my errand running at BJ's. After I paid at the window, there was only one car ahead of me and I waited 6 solid minutes for the car in front of me to get their items. I also noticed my order was incorrectly rung up. I let the lady know and she asked me to park. I did, but i also went inside after i parked. It was pandemonium inside. Customers waiting all over. The staff in front were literally turning in circles. The staff in the back taking care of burgers were very slow moving! The tickets were piled up. Serious management needs to come in and take over.

Ordered through the drive through. It took 10 minutes for me to receive my 20 piece and 2 large fries and 2 sweet teas. The nuggets were hard and dried out, and the fries were cold. Very poor food served. It will be a while before I eat here again.

Want a milk shake machine was down lunch time so didn't get that so I ordered a double quarter pounder no pickles no ketchup well that wasn't right either. Instead I got a double with ketchup and mustard no pickles no onions. Needless to say the whole McDonalds chain can count on my money going to cookout or burger king. Never McDonald's again. I mean on any day anytime it's always 50 50 to get a shake. And the orders are 50 50 to be correct.

Awful awful awful awful McDonald’s! You will wait well over 10 minutes for just a drink order. Absolutely ridiculous and I’m unsure how they’re still in business. Tonight, the manager was on her cell phone, yapping away while “working”. The food is never good, but it’s the wait that’s the worst part. They’ve also NEVER gotten an order right. I’ve given them too many chances, but I refuse to give them anymore business.
