I ordered a burger and chili. My food was cold. Waited in the drive through for 15 minutes. I was the only car. I sat there and watched one employee on his phone and the other one eating french fries while I waited. I wanted to call and complain turns out they didn’t give me a receipt. Called the store and got hung up on. Worst experience ever.

Compared to other wendy's, this place is a step down. The service is okay, but I asked for take out, I get dine in. Wendy's is good, but this location is not.

I get it. It's late and you've probably had a long day; however, that doesn't mean that my food should be cold and sloppily put together. And I'm sure that my food was given to the car in front of me, but instead of remaking it they just give it to me. I'd already waited entirely too long for for food that should be "fast". Of course, this not a five star restaurant, but the service should still be great. Unfortunately, nothing about this experience was great. Lesson learnes.

The food here is always disappointing. I don't expect fast food to be amazing and actually have a pretty high tolerance for imperfect fast food, but the food here is so bad that I literally can't eat it. I would try every once in a while, maybe once a month, because I usually like Wendy's and this one is close to home, but it's always the same. For example, I tried again a couple days ago and the fries were literally uncooked--floppy and with that gross texture only uncooked fries get. The chicken strips looked unusually dark, but when I but into one it was undercooked somehow. The only thing not ruined was the soda, probably because it's not actually made there. I will no longer waste my money at this location.
