This place is the best restaurant in Seattle and northern King county! The breakfast is good, but the dinner and lunch menu is even better, and my kids eat free at dinner because that's what they do everyday after 4pm! The staff is friendly and the restaurant is clean and newly remodeled. The food is served fresh, hot, & fast. Out of all the places to eat in Seattle, this place gets it right every time! Must try it!!!!

Meat was barely warm. Sent it back. Now it is so dried out cannot bite. Everyone at table had some issue. Unusual. Have eaten here many times and by far worst meal ever. Didn't have time or energy to have redone. There with out of town guest and on tight schedule. Very embarrassed and still hungry when we left. Stopped at Starbucks and picked up something.

Staff on a Tuesday morning was excellent. We had a rough night and slept in our car and came in expecting judgment and all we got was smiles and great customer service. Most definitely will, leave a generous tip and return our business.

Upon entering the restaurant there was no one around to greet me and I waited about 3 minutes. This isn't an exaggerated time, the wait was substantial. Still, I felt good about eating there. While seated, I watched several waiters pass me multiple times including the one who would eventually be my waiter pass me 2 Complete times without as much as an acknowledgement. When I finally get an acknowledgement, I'm greeted with 'what would you like' in a cold tone... I order. My food is brought, good food, and I don't see my waiter again. My water runs empty... No waiter. I walk to check out and wait about another 2 - 4 minutes for my 2nd interaction with the waiter and I'd been there about a half hour. I pay and leave. He was absolutely terrible. And I don't leave many comments like this, but this was the worst IHOP experience I've ever had. My mom brought me to IHOP as a kid, I do the same with my 3 year old now and this was the worst experience I've had.

Food is the same like always, if you like pancakes they make great pancakes but omg did the service suck, took over half an hour for an order reg buttermilk pancakes with eggs and turkey sausage!!! I don't know how that's possible, and I still tipped the garbage waiter. If u don't want to wait forever go to another location.
