This particular Wendy's has some issues with time. I'm not sure if they just don't have enough people covering a particular shift, or if people called out that day, but I saw maybe a total of 4 people...which might be fine during slow times of the day, but this was at 6 or 7 pm. In other words, dinner time. At one point, there were 7 people waiting in line...and for about 15 minutes, orders weren't being taken because they were rushing to get orders out. At least a couple of the orders before mine were completely missed and people had to come up to the counter and ask about their orders so they could get them. Items were also missing from orders. My own order somehow disappeared from the queue and the guy had to put a rush on it because a couple of people after me had already gotten their food. To be clear, this was a small order - a #1 combo...nothing as a complex as what some of the others after me had ordered. Overall, it took about 35-40 minutes from me walking in to walking out with food. I like Wendy's as a fast-food option, especially if I'm tired and just need a quick bite, but 35 mins for *fast* food is ridiculous.

Despite the Health Department "EXCELLENT" rating posted on the door, the lobby carpet and floor tile was a sticky mess throughout. The restaurant building itself is in need of a complete makeover. Dissention between staff members created a distraction for the long line of customers and for the order taker at the counter and led to order errors and further delays for all. I had to tell the order taker twice that our order was take-out, not eat in. After I finally left with our order, I discovered our Southwest Avocado chicken salads came to us with no chicken. While was waiting in the seating area, I observed one customer being called to the counter to pick up their hot food order and then, half-way there, being told to disregard because their drinks weren't yet ready. And, there were do-overs on orders from other customers. It's no wonder there was a long line. What is wonder is that the Lake City (Seattle) Wendy's is still open.

I really like Wendy's food, but this location has caused me a lot of frustration. Slow orders, missing items etc. But they all try hard and are generally nice. The food is so good.

I like Wendy's but i do not like this location. Its almost like every time i go here, something is wrong. Last week i ordered chicken tenders and they were luke warm. not hot not cold and also the skin wasnt crispy. it was soft, which i ordered crispy chicken tenders. not soggy/soft skin. i think the frier wasnt hot enough or the oil needed to be changed. thats just one of a few things that went wrong.. other Wendys locations ive been to are fine! this location needs changing.

Good Wendy's if would have to say. I have had a positive experience every time that I have ordered from here. I haven't received an order that has been incorrect or anything of that nature. Plus they have quick and friendly service.
