Best sushi experience of our lives! I would rate this place 6/5 if I could. You only need a reservation if you plan on sitting at the sushi bar. If not, it doesn't seem like there's too much to worry about. Fiance and I got the last two spots at the bar and had an amazing experience with the best sushi of our lives hand made by our own dedicated chef. Come here for the best sushi ever. Don't expect menu style prices though of you do that, you're getting super special fish when you sit at the bar.

Was walking towards another restaurant about 10:30pm and passed by this place and it was nearly full! So we took it as a sigh that it must be good. We walked in right as a table opened up so we didn't have to wait at all! Can't complain after eating there. Definitely authentic sushi. The only difficulty we experienced was in understanding our server she spoke very fast and, because it was busy, after telling us what each thing was she quickly walked away despite my attempt to stop and ask for clarification. Food was well presented and tastey

I've been to a lot of places for sushi, but this one actually amazed me. I had the Omasake it was really delicious. The server explain every single piece of sushi to us very professionally. Everything is awesome but it's a little too pricey.

Definitely some of the best sushi I've had personally! The $75 dollar omakase (before tax and tip!) was fantastic, but very pricey. They take care of you pretty well here, and the server explains the items they bring out. That being said, the eponymous Shiro doesn't work here anymore, and I don't know if the food is good enough to justify the extreme cost.

One of the best sushi restaurants in the world, no exaggeration. It isn't that much more expensive than a lesser sushi restaurant but the quality is over the top. The staff are friendly and accommodating, plus very knowledgeable. I definitely recommend eating here and, if adventurous, order Omakase, which is a selection made by the chef in a traditional manner, based on the best cuts currently in stock.
