We had a superb dining experience at Altura. Each dish was executed perfectly, and they were creative, whimsical, and down right delicious. The whole evening was charming and exciting. I was looking forward to the evening after finding them online, but it was even better than expected. I recommend sitting at the bar if you can, where you can watch the wonderful staff craft each incredibly plate.

My boyfriend and I went there for my birthday and had the BEST food we had in our lives. The service was precise and friendly. We sat at the bar instead of the table so we can watch and interaction with the chefs. We were stuffed at the end of the meal and they sent us home with some chocolate! I had the non alcoholic pairing that were good and he got the modern alcohol paring. We also ordered the additional meal that had fresh truffles from Italy. Definitely recommend if you want to have some amazing flavor you won't get anywhere else! They also change their menu every two weeks or so.

Dropped by for the full tasting menu. I mentioned beforehand that my wife was allergic to a few items, they forgot on one of the first dishes. We reminded them, it happened again. While the server should have caught this, he was otherwise pretty friendly. The food was great, but honestly every dish tasted a little bit like the previous dish and I didnt get as much variety as I would've hoped for in a tasting menu. I wouldn't order the tasting menu again due to the "flavor fatigue" I experienced, but getting 2-3 dishes would be fine. Nice place, certainly a fantastic date spot but for a $150/person price tag I was hoping to brag about this place to all my friends and that didn't happen.

Best in Seattle, by far. You have to have the tasting menu though, you can't just go and have one of their wonderful plates with a glass of wine. I wish they can offer a la carte when you sit in the bar, then I can go more often.

Without question, the greatest dining experience of my life! The food was sublime and the service was flawless and friendly. Zero pretention as well, which made the dinner light-hearted and fun. Worth every penny!
