Food is best out of all Salvadoran restaurants in Seattle. Has bread store and bakery there inside the place besides the restaurant. They make their food fresh and has awesome taste!! Plus its cheaper than the Seattle stores because in Seattle, the tax makes the price go way up. The food was not expensive plus older lady was making our food so it was made with love from scratch! Recommend it!

You know how hard it is to find authentic central American food? Well at least in the PNW... Thankfully I found this little gem that serves amazing pastries and fresh food cooked to order. You can see the cook that reminds me of my auntie slapping those pupusas around on the spot. Fresh is always better! Cheap and seems to be very popular during rush hours. Definitely will return.

Unassuming as it may appear, Salvadorean Bakery is my 2nd favorite restaurant of all time, of any type, anywhere in the world. It held my top spot for nearly one decade (ultimately displaced by Romdeng, a restaurant in Phnom Penh). While there are many worthy options to try on the menu (and delightful pastries to choose from under the glass for dessert as well), imo you can't go wrong with the variety of the plato guanaco. Loroco (an edible flowering vine) is a particularly delicious pupusa filling.

Selection was small and customer service was lacking. However, the food was exceptional. Baked goods were fresh and tasty.

Food is every good. I love pupusas and chicken soup. Definitely the best pupusas around here.
