Visited 2 times past week and my order was wrong both times. First time order was adjusted without a problem , second time tried via phone to correct but the phone call went unanswered.

The manager Terrence Is so unprofessional. Friday which was the second of February. I was schedule a interview with him. Mind you I put the app in on the 28th of last month and called up there on the 29th. So on the 29th he told me that I was in the green meaning I was hireable. So he told me that he would call me on the following Wednesday for a interview. Wednesday came and no call. So I was like hey maybe he was busy. So Thursday came no call. Okay so I called Friday which like I said I was scheduled another interview for today. So today came which is the 6th of February. The interview was set for 4pm. Cool so it's always good for a person to show up for an interview at least 20 or 15 mins early. It's good for your look. Okay so I showed just maybe around 3:40pm for the interview. He's not there. I was told he comes in at 4pm. Now out of my 2 years of me doing fast food I know that if a potential employee comes in for a interview the manager that set the interview supposed to be in way before you do. To make the company look half decent. I wait there til 4:30 still no sign of Terrence. So I left. I had to find out from his employees that he called and told them he isn't coming in. Which is cool but he could of at least called me. He has my number. He had it from the jump. Car problems or not you should at least let the person who you schedule a interview for that he not coming. So I miss an opportunity to show another business that I am a good worker. This business isn't where you wanna work at if you wanna make a few dollars. It's bad enough they don't pay well. I feel like that job isn't for me cause imagine him schedule to be his opener in the a.m and you stuck outside in the cold waiting for a manager who may or may not show up.
