My wife and I stopped in before we went in to see a movie. The waitress never introduced herself. When she brought the food she didn't bring ketchup. When I flagged her down and asked for some she said she could bring some, my wife asked for some bbq sauce for our chicken sandwiches-that would be extra she said. She brought us our ketchup and that was it. She never refilled our empty beverage cups. When the meal was over we sat for 10 minutes before she brought the bill. Then my wife actually left before she came to take the check from me, and she didn't even bring it back. Our fries were the best part of our $30 meal. We won't be returning!

Could I give it 0 stars please. Went to a movie last night and stopped in to order a Buffalo Chicken Pizza. First off the bartender asked me if I wanted regular or boneless, after that I knew it was going to be a train wreak. After getting it right I also asked for some ranch dressing to go with the pizza. They forgot that. I got the pizza, well let's say where was the Frank's Red hot? Barely any on there. The chicken was far and few in between on the pizza. Best part of this all was the convience of a pager to tell you when pizza was ready, and the able to take and eat it while watching the movie. I would be hard pressed to try this place ever again.

I had an incorrect carryout order a few weeks ago. I called as soon as I arrived home and was told by the manager, Derek, that there was “a new guy in the kitchen”. He took my address and told me that he would send me vouchers in the mail. Those vouchers never arrived. Tonight, we thought we’d stop by for a pizza regardless of our experience a few weeks ago. We arrived at 8:50pm and the closing time is listed as 10pm on the door. The three kids in the restaurant turned us away because they were “closing for the night”. Zaffiro’s has lost our business forever!

Went a couple of days ago to pick up my order for a caprese panini and meatball sandwich. Matt took my order and when I went to pick it up it was $13 for meatball sandwich and $12.50 for the Chicken sandwich and so I asked Matt why does the website say $7.75 and $9.50 for the sandwiches, he said he would talk to corporate and didn’t lower the price, than he says I am looking at the downtown menu but when I showed him the website I ordered from which displayed Mequon location and it’s menu with a picture he again said he will talk to corporate. I think it’s very wrong to mislead customers and not match your menu prices. How can a restaurant almost charge double and we are regulars for the pizza and a movie over there. Watch when you order at the movie theatre zaphiros in mequon. Surprisingly Matt is also the Manager. Very disappointed. Although sandwiches were good.
