Granted they were busy but they were extra slow. Probably not a great place to stop if you're on any sort of time crunch. However, the food is generally good.

Wait in line for over 20 minutes to be told they are out of Chicken tenders, out of spicy chicken, just have wings & thighs. And then they say their credit card machine is down and can only take cash. Which I didn’t have. Which means after waiting 25 minutes I left with nothing. This isn’t the first time that this has happened at this location. Always out of food. The credit card machine is always down there. Do the employees just not know how to work the machine or is it just really bad equipment at this restaurant? Either way. I will not be returning.

The service was really slow, dining room dirty, they were out of small drink lids. Some of the staff were really short tempered. Food was freshly cooked and pretty good for a fat food joint. I especially liked the gravy. I ordered chicken tender combo with mashed potato, gravy, and a biscuit. The biscuit was one of the best I've had at a fast food restaurant.

Service was a little slow but definitely well worth the wait. The 5 pc chicken tenders weee huge. It was soooo good.

If I could give this location zero stars, I would. Bad service. Slow service. Outrageous wait time and the staff seemed not to care. I'm not sure how this location is open and functioning
