Went for my kids but the service was amazing. Ramon was friendly great customer interaction and service. Food was made fresh!

Service is always lousy. Cashiers seem disinterested in doing their jobs and are often downright rude as if customer orders are an inconvenience. Takes forever to get the food, but it is usually cooked to order so it's fresh. The lobby is incredibly dirty. The floor looks like it's never been vacuumed, the walls and tables are greasy, it's not a pleasant place to go, unfortunately it's the only Arby's near me so I give it a try every other week or so and I'm always disappointed.

This Arby's is absolutely horrible! I have went here three times in my life and every single time I wait about 15-20 minutes in the drive thru for my food. Every single time my roast beef has been cold, hardly any meat when I order the largest sandwich, the fries are either burnt or raw and they do not fill the fries up in the container. The workers ALWAYS have horrible additudes and don't communicate with you when your order is taking forever. I then tried to call the store to tell them about this and they hung up on me. The three times this has happened no one else was in line so I don't understand the wait period. Definitely would never go to this location again and wouldn't recommend it unless you want burnt, raw and cold food with horrible customer service skills.
