I frequent this location often since I live in the area. Whenever I come in the cashier stares you down instead of letting you know they can help you. There are always three or four of them hanging out at the front most of the times checking their phones. Then when you order they rarely speak or engage. The customer service is horrible. I came in one time and the store was closed right before lunch and the manager came back 10 minutes later saying he had to run out to the bank. Another time a manager was talking to what appeared to be another manager. She was loud and engaging the cashier in her conversation that she was too distracted to take my order so I had to wait until they finished their conversation. Then she finally takes my order and never says a word to me. All of her communication was non-verbal. The staff need to take customer service trainings but start with the managers.

Food for great... Took a long time to be prepared.

Plastic baked inside my bread sticks and the pasta in sauce was very cold... The team members need more training on how to conduct themselves on a job as well... Being professional is not an option...!!!

Terrible customer service and management. Employees hanging out, talking and laughing amongst themselves loudly. There was so many employess standing around yet it took quite awhile to get my order. No how may I help you, no courtesy whatsoever. Manager was standing there laughing and clowning around with them. I went in on 02/08 around 6:45pm.
