Best experience I've had there in a years. New crew and nice and clean. It was nice seeing older individuals meeting up for coffee and conversation! even saw my uncle in the group.😊

My husband just went to pick us up lunch to go. He ordered a super George combo. When he got home in the box was a burnt double cheeseburger. He ordered me the sourdough boy with wedges and cheese. In my box was a patty melt also burnt with wedges no cheese sauce. I call the location and tell the lady that answered the phone and she said WOW let me get my manager. Another lady came on the phone and offered to remake it if I wanted to return and come get it. I get back to the restaurant and set the wrong order back on the counter and I wait. Both women walk by me they don't acknowledge me one stops an helps the gentleman that came in before me. Finally one of the women ask if I am there for the sourdough boy that is sitting in the window. When I acknowledge that I am she grabs the two boxes and rather rudely shows me they are correct this time minus the cheese sauce. She proceeds to tell me they are out of cheese sauce but she could refund me for it "if I'd Like". Let me think about this for a minute the order was already messed up and your not able to give me something that I paid for and I have had to waste my time and gas coming here twice. So my response while rather rude was "yes please". I was refunded $2 for a side of cheese sauce and I left with the remade order. What really strikes me as funny is in the whole exchange over the phone and in the restaurant that NO ONE not once offered any form of apology for the inconvenience and mix up. It is not that a mistake was made they happen it is part of life it is how we respond to those mistakes that tells the true strength of charterer. If just one person had bothered to acknowledge me when I walked in with even a "hello" or "I will be right with you" or had offered any form of apology I would never have felt the need to post this.
