The young girl taking my order in drive thru decided that because she didn't know the menu and no one told her that a customer can order the signature sandwiches with either burger or chicken, she felt it was appropriate to start cussing and swearing about it. The worse customer service ever....these young people have no idea what proper language is the work place in front of CUSTOMERS. Without customers YOU young lady have NO job! Learn to be more respectful in front of your customers.

Sat in drive through for ages....No one took the order. Went inside with my hungry child and although there were many workers, we were ignored. They will never get my business again!

There is only so much you have to do to cook certain items. I understand these products come frozen, but there should be more handling with the food. The items are fried to hard to the point that they are not edible. Take the picture that I included in the review, the hashbrown is very hard and the sandwich that I purchased was not together and looked very poorly executed. Aside from the food and it's quality, the establishment also over charges individuals on their food items. Ordering items without meat products allows the ability to customize the food item as it is rung up on the POS system. This does not mean that you charge an individual full price and remove the item that makes the sandwhich. I hope that this review does not fall on deaf ears and someone works to improve this establishment for other customers. The establishment has lost ALL my future interest and service.

Even when their drive thru is packed, you still get thru pretty quick.
