I called the store and they told me I couldn't get the same deals I saw online if I ordered over the phone. Problem number 1. I ordered the two large 3 topping pizzas with bread sticks. I called the store to see if I could get extra cheese on the pizza since that's my only topping, they said no. So whatever right, I just ordered the pizza and paid extra for more cheese BUT the pizza definitely did not have extra cheese! Problem number 2. Then the free cookie pie I ordered, didn't come with our order. So, I called the store and they looked up my order and placed me on hold so I could speak to a manager. She gets on the phone and asks "how may I help you?" I asked if she was informed of my problem and she says "nope". Splendid. Now I get to explain everything all over again. So I did. And she goes, there's no cookie on your order. I told her that was weird because I ordered it online. She said "nope, you gotta add it to your cart,(which I thought I did) we don't just give them to you." Never attempted to rectify any of my issues. Basically said tough luck. Very poor customer service. Problem number 3. Moral of the story, don't order from here. Oh yeah, the delivery driver was creepy too. When I gave him his pen back he carressed/rubbed my hand. Super weird.

I ordered a pizza with BBQ sauce, pizza came and their was no sauce what so ever, I repeat this order many times so I would know if their was sauce or not they tired lying to me over the phone by telling me some fake order saying I didn't order sauce but I got the app and always repeat this order. Guy over the phone then ask a prep lady did you add sauce or not and she's obviously gonna yes then the person over the phone tries to make things right by offering to make me a new one with sauce this time but the driving pulls up and tries to talk to me as if a were in denial or something, I told him to look at the pizza but he wouldn't because he knew I wasnt joking about this and drove off. Jerks I say.

Check your receipts! I ordered carryout, the total was $15.90. When I went to pick up and pay, I saw the employee at the register ask his coworker for another coworker's code so he can use the register. I paid with my card and watched him open the register and pull $2 out and stick it in his pocket, which I thought was kinda weird but whatever. Today I check my bank account and sure enough $17.90 was charged to my card! I've always ordered from this location since it's the closest, but will be taking my business elsewhere going forward.

If I can give 0 stars I would. Store number provided on the website didn't work. Pizza took three hours to get to us and the delivery guy was rude as ever.

Placed my order at 4:22 I was told it would take 35 minutes I asked again how long because there were alot of people in there he said again 35 minutes at 5:15 we asked how much longer they couldn't tell us we were told they had an emergency in the morning and doing their best finally we asked for our money back when we saw alot of pizzas out of the oven and sitting on a rack for at least 20 minutes getting cold they were packing those up and sending out for deliveries. Can you say food poisoning.
