Paramount Flooring

Had to put through an insurance claim due to damage to our clinic flooring. Jared was awesome right from the first phone call I put in. He said he knew right away how to best deal with insurance claim aspect and knew what they needed and wanted. We were going back and forth with another company since we were required to provide more than one estimate and Jared worked back and forth to keep competitive and advocated for us to get the best settlement he could. Their show room was new, modern and had a ton of selections to pick from. Was really happy with their installers too, particularly Kevin who was super knowledgeable and skilled at the installation aspect and went above and beyond to even accommodate our request for the 4 day holiday weekend so as to reduce our businesses down time to a minimum. He finished his job earlier than promised (in 2.5 days instead of 3) which left us plenty of time to get our office back together and not leave it down to the wire time wise. To sum it all up, we're thrilled with our new flooring, what we got from our insurance settlement budget and the installation process. The floor looks awesome too ;) Great job guys!! Thanks for everything! Would recommend them again in a heartbeat. Ask for Kevin to install. He was great!!

I'm big on first impressions and I knew I was in the right place when I walked in the door. The staff were friendly, smiling, helpful and professional...and there's a bowl of candy on the reception counter! Within in moments a great young man, Brett, was helping me find the puppy tolerant products, explaining which products work best in the bathroom and kitchen and why. I left with several samples and was back the next day. "Lets do this" I said to Brett. Three weeks later we had new flooring installed in the kitchen, dining area and three bathrooms. It is fabulous! A Big Thanks goes out to installers Josh and Todd! They explained everything before they started and again throughout the day, patiently answering our questions. Brett called during the install to see how things were going, and again the next day to follow up. We would not hesitate to contact Brett and the nice people at Paramount for any future flooring projects.... maybe a feature wall in Soho laminate!

Erin helped me pick the exact right flooring for my needs. There was just the right amount and not too much over but I have some for incase in the future. The install was simply Picture Perfect all around. All in a very reasonable timeframe and cost. I will be enjoying these floors for years to come, thank you! I'll be back for when I finish my basement!
