We have had many flooring jobs done through Carpet Superstore on 75th. This time was as always...excellent from start to finish! Everyone from Ryan the salesperson to the installer Wade, and his assistant, Connie were friendly and efficient. Ryan helped us to find a perfect match to an old piece of laminate and the special order was in quickly. They send someone to do exact measurements within days (which was included in the installment fee) and Wade and Connie were there on time and did a fabulous job! They even went above and beyond by shoveling our walkway and driveway on the first day of heavy snow. Highly recommended!

Customer service is awful. The promote complimentary measuring with an installer before having your carpet installed. They refused this service and when I said I wanted the service they told me to go elsewhere. They declined me as a customer. Seriously, this is the worst experience of customer service I ever had. When I asked to speak with management, the salesperson Shaneel said they don’t have management and he manages his own accounts. He said you can’t reach management. That management said the store would not provide service to me and go elsewhere. You mean service that you say you provide to everyone, a complimentary measure before you install! This place is terrible and the salesman has no customer service skills at all!

I received great service and quality installation . There was no problem when I requested they return to adjust a problem that I had with my basement rug. It was done quickly and looks great. I will certainly deal with carpet superstore south again.
