I can't recommend Westvalley enough! I had a water leak in my kitchen and needed to replace my floor. Aldous was very helpful and patient as he worked with me on the flooring options. He looked after me and gave me competitive pricing. Nathan then did a superb job with the installation. His work is impeccable! I will definitely go back to Westvalley for any future flooring needs. Thank you Aldous, Nathan and the Westvalley team.

Great experience with Derek and his team at West Valley! Not only did we get the best price but also the best service and quality products. We were given a variety of choices and guided to the best options for our home. All the workers were professional and we couldn't be happier with the results.

Derek personally came out to my residence and with his extensive experience evaluated the class and value of the damaged carpet and with his established credibility the Insurance company approved the restoration quickly and then West Valley got right to work . Mo and his partner worked two long days to get the job done quickly but accurately completing a first class job. They were most helpful to move items I could not. As well he went over the job details with me at the completion pointing out the extra care taken. We thought the revolving bar would be a problem but he was able to solve it resulting in no issues. First class experienced carpet people and a pleasure to do business with. Honest and caring and personal attention. It would be hard to beat these people for value and service. It was a 3000 Sq foot install and they had to cope with a 6X12 billiard table but never a complaint. Just got the job done with minimum disruption. Thanks Guys.

Where to begin... Frank and Nathan from West Valley Flooring went Above and Beyond in all aspects of service. From the beginning we felt valued and cared for. So much so, that when a family emergency required us to fly across the country, these two outstanding men took the keys to our home. They rose to the occasion, addessing our flooring needs without hesitation or incident; providing a warm and comfortable space to heal after loss upon our return. There acts of service falling more in line with family rather then two guys installing flooring. The quality of workmanship and character barring none.

We had a great experience working with Briana and WestValley. She took the time to explain all the options and really worked with us to get a product that we love and looks great in our house. The install was done by Trevor and it looks fantastic. Trevor did a great job at keeping the dust to a minimum, and dealt with undercutting the existing fireplace hearth and putting a picture frame around it - Trevor went above and beyond to make sure we would be happy with the result! Thank you Briana, Trevor and everyone at WestValley that we came in contact with - we love our new hardwood floors!
