Basement Carpet Ordering and Installation It was great experience meet Vincent and his team. They are very friendly and attentive at their shop for taking care their customers. Luckily I'm the one of them. Vincent called me once the carpet arrived and made a good timeline for installation within two weeks. And the installer install the carpet for my entire basement in a day. They were friendly, efficient, professional. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending maple leaf flooring and Vincent to anyone.

My wife Deb and i have been to a number of other flooring places. When we first entered Maple Leaf Flooring we were greeted by Jensen Tran. Jensen was very professional and high on customer service. We started with questions about their products and what we wanted for the look in our home. We needed over 1400 square feet of flooring. We wanted laminate and something else for the laundry room ,three bathrooms and the front entrance. My wife found a laminate that caught her eye. Jensen suggested a vinyl planking. A new product that had just came in. What a match. Jensen discussed the installation prceedures and whom will be doing the installation. We requested assessment. It followed by a quote which Jensen came out and did. The great service didn't just end there . The poor guy delivering over 170 cases of laminate had his work cut out. We had a team of three fellows installing the laminate and a team of two installing the vinyl planking. These both groups of staff work with Maple Leaf Flooring. What a outstanding job. Extremely professional and fantastic job done by all. My wife and i would highly recommend Maple Leaf Flooring. P.S they also do cabinets.

Excellent service from consultation to job completion. Pictures don't do the job justice. Jensen and company were very accommodating with the schedule as it was a rush job. Would definitely recommend - Vu

Great. We absolutely love the carpet and the recommendation on the underlay was perfect. Little damage to our stairwell on installation but they've taken care of us so well. Recommend getting them to handle removal as well, totally worth it.
