I live outside of Calgary and my choices are limited as well as costly. I am in the process of home upgrades and renovations, and a friend recommended Flooring Superstores based on their experience. I recently made the trip in to Calgary to explore my options and had an outstanding experience start to finish. The item required at this time was window coverings. My salesperson Carolyn was extremely knowledgeable and I had all of my covering picked out in less than an hour. She asked pertinent questions as my home is south facing and I required products that not only darken certain rooms, but provide protection from temperature as well. The estimator was out the following week and I had beautiful new window coverings very shortly after. I will be using this company for my future needs and highly recommend them based on a great product selection, competitive pricing and excellent sales team. With appreciation for excellent product, skills and service Sharon

A big shout out to Flooring Superstores for a terrific job done on the flooring (mostly carpet and some linoleum) on the lower level of our home. It took us some time to made a final decision but our consultant (Kerrie) was patient, helpful and did not apply sales pressure. We appreciated that. It was a big project and had lots of moving pieces (pool table needed moving, toilet out/in) with several items to organize and schedule. Both Kerrie and Larry (the installation person) were accommodating and thankfully the project was done in three days. We are happy with the end result and Larry did a fabulous job on the installation. The company also removed and disposed of the old carpeting. I would have no hesitation in providing an extraordinary recommendation for Flooring Superstore, its staff and its professionalism. Very grateful. L Brunner

We moved into a new home recently and wanted to replace two rooms of carpet with hardwood. The hardwood in the rest of the house was discontinued and we couldn't find an exact match. Originally we were going to use Home Depot because we thought they would be cheap, but when we read some bad reviews we decided not to cheap out and to go with someone who specializes. We found Flooring Superstores Calgary here on Google and had a great experience working with them. We went into the store and worked with Cam to find a close match to our wood that we were happy with. From there everything went smoothly - they ordered the wood which came in a few days, and we had the installation done the next day. The guys who installed it were all very nice and professional, and didn't get annoyed with me constantly snapping photos of the whole process with my phone. The best part was that it ended up being cheaper than our quote from Home Depot in the first place! SOOOOO HAPPY WITH THESE GUYS!!!!!

For the most part, my experience was good. The sales people were knowledgeable and very helpful. The installation of the vinyl flooring was effortless and went smoothly. The only issue was with the quote in the sales room. The labour per square foot was misquoted so the actual total for the job was higher than originally anticipated.

FANTASTIC!! I am so very happy with my new floors. Flooring Superstores removed and installed flooring in my entire house. Carpet, hardwood and tile and I did not have one issue with them. Working with the staff was so easy, their install crews were very professional and everything was done on time and on budget. Thank you so much! I would recommend you to anyone
