We dealt with Rochelle in looking for the right carpet for our house. She was so helpful - really listening to what we liked and didn’t like and narrowing it down to the best carpet samples for us from their great range of offerings. I loved her positive attitude, obvious desire to find the best look for our house, and over the top customer service. We ended up going with a different carpet place due to price, but I loved working with Rochelle and would definitely recommend seeking her advice by looking at CDL for a possible solution to your flooring needs!

Very very happy with the service we received from CDL. Rochelle has amazing customer service skills and she was an absolute pleasure to deal with. The carpet is beautiful and the laminate looks great (we have not fully installed that yet) the fitters were great, clean and quick. Couldn’t recommend Rochelle enough- she is the go to lady for all of your flooring needs! :) we will be back again for sure!

Was referred to CDL through my insurance claim and decided to add to the job separate to the claim. I met with Rochelle at CDL and had a chance to select product and then Rochelle paid a visit to my home with the samples. Since I live outside the city this was really going the distance and with her help and guidance it was easy to make a decision of what should go where. Rochelle's opinion plus Mike the salesman's expertise made my experience with CDL a very pleasant one and one I would repeat. Also, their installers were friendly and very good. I was very pleased with the way they worked and how they cleaned up after themselves too!

I have been working with Rochelle for the past 5 months to select our flooring for our basement renovations. Though the process was really long (from my end not CDL's) Rochelle was extremely patient and understanding. She helped me order samples in and was able to hold down pricing for me even though the product pricing has just increased! The only reason for 4 stars is because we haven't received our flooring yet (should arrive next month). So far our experience has been really good!

We were very happy with CDL when they helped us find the right carpet for our living room colors. They had a little trouble with the installation but were very attentive in getting it right and exact.
