Jeanette is an absolute gem! We bought 14 gallons of paint to do our entire house but ran into problems with it. Jeanette and her team were very patient, helpful, and they stood behind their product and advice. I had started choosing Lowe's over Rona even before this location changed over, but if Jeanette hadn't been so caring and supportive about our paint project we might have ended up trying somewhere else. Her authenticity and willingness to help is why we still keep driving right past the Big Orange Box on our way to Lowe's.

Asked 3 different associates for child cabinet locks. All 3 pointed to the hardware aisle. I explained to all 3 that I had checked there already. All 3 said they would get someone to help me. No one ever showed up. Then I went to the cash desk, under the sign for 'online order pickup', and asked for the online order I had placed. They sent me to customer service. Who paged a stock person. Twice. Then gave up, asked a passing associate to help. Associate goes to the back to find the order, and brings it to the contractor desk (which is the first place I asked for it), and leaves without saying anything. No one is around, so I start wheeling it out the door, at which point an unseen associate chases us down, asking for the paperwork. I didn't have any, because no one had given me any. So he takes the pick ticket off the merchandise, and leaves. I get half of the order loaded into my truck, when another associate basically approaches me like I'm shoplifting. I think he saw the murderous look in my eye, and grabs the empty cart and ran away. The store may have changed to Lowe's, but the staff are all still disinterested Rona people. Won't be back.

This is first time I have used crowfoot Lowe’s to purchase an appliance. I was extremely disappointed and frustrated with the delivery service. I never received a call the night before stating at what time they would be delivering my appliance. I then phoned next morning to get the details. Waited at home during that time just to have no one show up! Then I phoned Lowe’s back about the delivery, was told they would phone me back with update. Never received that call. Then I phoned back again only to get told that they would have to phone me back as they didn’t know. The delivery was hours late. I asked to talk with customer service and who I would talk to and they didn’t know and directed me in circles! I do not appreciate such low standards in customer care especially with such a big appliance purchase.

Nice place to look for home improvement products. Lowe's seems to have better price and more variety than the orange box store. Place looks newly renovated from the Rona brand.

We spent over $10,000 on new cabinets from the new Lowes on a sale, wishing we had gone to another store or a different supplier all together. The department staff were hard to reach, with only one on staff at the time we ordered... now our cabinets are at this point going to be 2 weeks late and we are out deposit money for our finishing contractors and the store manager refuses to speak to us regarding our situation and says we don't deserve anything for a refund or in store credit, which he had his asst manager say to us over and over again. I have even called the customer 1-800 number for a call from a district manager and no one has called me back. Go spend your money at Home Depot or another small store who specializes in your area of renovation or upgrade, you won't regret going elsewhere.
