My husband and I had a great experience with the staff at red tag floors. They went above and beyond to make sure we loved the flooring we were buying and they were very generous with samples for us to take home and inspect the color swatches in the lighting of our own home. We really valued all the staff’s transparency as well about the pros and cons of various types of flooring and also what to keep an eye out for when shopping around. We did shop around and chose to go with red tag because they had competitive pricing and the best customer service we encountered. We highly recommend them to others

We visited Quality Red Tag Floors while we were searching out laminate floor options and we were immediately impressed with John's low pressure/no pressure conversation. By the time we left, we knew what options he offered, which one would work best for our situation, and why we were choosing the product we chose! He recommended one that was less expensive than what we thought would be necessary, and he explained why. We left his store far more educated and confident in our purchase decision. John supplied us with everything we needed, including installation. I would recommend John and Quality Red Tag Floors to anyone looking for flooring. The quality and service was exceptional right from sales to closing.
