They have fantastic selection on tiles and flooring. Guri was very knowledgeable about all of the product and gave me some good ideas for my kitchen renovation. I will definitely be back for my next home Reno project.

Price and service were fantastic. The shop is not large, but there is a ton of stock and the staff is capable of finding what you need. Definitely recommend. In fact I already did to another friend and they were equally satisfied.

Various selection and type of flooring available at Tilemart. Guri, the staff at Tilemart demonstrate total commitment to outstanding customer service and expectations by providing timely feedback and follow-up for materials and installations. Situations were handle professionally and quickly. The contacted installer from Tilemart Hakan, had great attention to details, professional, handle situations quickly and made sure I was satisfied. Overall great experience!

DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS! Just check out their 'F' rating on Better Business Bureau (BBB). The store manager gave us several boxes of the WRONG floor tiles and refused to refund us once we found out. We were left with less than enough tiles to complete our project (i.e. $400 worth of tiles we couldn't use). He apparently called and emailed his other stores to see if they have any more of the the tiles were needed in stock. After 3 days of ignoring us by phone, we went to the store and he asked us to give him until the end of the day. Still he didn't contact us! Needless to say we had enough and brought the unused tiles back. He told us he wouldn't refund us..even though he made the mistake of telling us they had enough of the productwe needed and took our money for said product. He also tried to guilt us by telling us he would lose his job if he refunded us. Essentially tile mart lied to us to take our money. At first we thought it was in innocent mistake, but after they refused to refund us they probably do this to scam people. We were told it was "our fault" because the tiles were "on clearance" (even though that is irrelevant because he didn't have enough of the actual floor tiles we needed and requested). There are no posted prices for ANY of their products and I'm pretty sure they market all of the tiles as "clearance" as a way of refusing to refund anyone after they send them home with the wrong product. We were also told that this is a “common mistake” on numerous occasions, so apparently they do this a lot. Save your money and time and support a business with ethics and proper customer service.

Our experience with Tile Mart was terrific. Guri was very helpful - he helped us to choose the tile that matched the counters and some existing tile, gave us a very good price, and took back unopened packages of tile and grout that we ended up not using. He is friendly and personable, and a pleasure to do business with. We wouldn't hesitate to go back to Tile Mart for our next project. They have great selection, customer service, and prices. Highly recommended.
