Service was excellent. Quality of installation also excellent!

If they could have been just a litttle considerate and just flat out told me they had no intentions on doing my floors, that would have been fine. After the owner came out to measure my house (which he was late for) He told me he would email me within a few days in regards to the quote. After a week I contacted him and that’s where he told me he would get that quote to me that evening... it’s been a few days now. I have given up. Poor customer service.

I just finished having Quality Flooring in Leduc, replace carpet throughout my home with vinyl plank. They were very good with me taking samples home and adjusting the schedule a week. Graham and Tamara were great to deal with. Their installer, Kelly, did an awesome Job. For the fussy ones, they were always considerate of mess and cleaning up behind themselves. Have already recommended and will in the future. Love my new floor!

We just had our house recarpeted by Quality Floor Coverings. Before selecting Quality we evaluated 4 estimates from other companies. Graham and Tamara were excellent to work with to select the right carpet for our decor. Both are very professional and knowledgeable about their products. The work was to tear out old carpets and reinstall new which was completed on schedule and budget. The tear out was done by the Myer sons and installed by Dave. Everyone was excellent and easy to work with. We are extremely proud of the end result. Would not hesitate to recommend this business to anyone. Thanks Graham and Tamara Pete Leduc, AB
