The worst customer service ever!! My husband and I came to Lowe's to check out the washers and dryers. Not a single "Hello", not a single "Do you need any help", even though I saw at least 10 employees. I'm not asking for an expert or anything like that but just some simple help. I've gone here many times and I always get the same experience. They completely ignore you! Why do I even go back here? Don't waste your time checking out this place!

It's really nothing great. The doors are far away and are entrance and exit ONLY. You may not enter backwards making you have to walk through the entire store. I went to buy a planer and the only ones they had had been dropped off a truck. Asking for a small discount, the cashier told me to go to hardware. After 5 minutes of standing, I went to the other cashier who called the same guy. He just opened the box and told me it was fine and nothing they could do. Should have done that before I waited. Ended up going to home depot and got one way cheaper.

The staff was extremely helpful. They are very good at knowing the layout of the store and about products. Good prices too.

Everyone in the store was super friendly and helpful. I was able to get in and out because of their knowledge of where product is at and choices were easy due to their quick advice. Jessica was awesome and even helped us save a few bucks on backsplash for our rv remodel. We were able to get a light fixture, as well.

Out of stock on drill bits commonly used. I ended up helping another customer find more product up above shelves, she waited patiently for assistance. Wood stock not put away, crowding isles. With spring coming up, they better up their game! Great return policy though with My Lowe's number tracking.
