I recently got carpet and tile to complete finishing my basement. Brian found my paint color and then was able to suggest a good color to match my paint for the carpet and then also some really nice tile. Installation was quick and the installers were friendly and did a great job and took a lot of care to clean up after. I highly recommend AC Flooring and will use them in the future if I build another house or need to update my house in the future

My Grandma and Auntie had AC Flooring install a very nice floor in their condo but it squeaks terribly. They have had all of the correct checks but nothing has been done on AC Floorings side. It's very concerning that they can't get it settled when they paid good money for such an inferior product.

Great business, quality installation. Couldn't be happier with my laminate flooring install. Kyle really knows his stuff when it came to installation details. Heather helped with the purchasing process and kept my wife and I fully informed. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for flooring!

AC Flooring will give an insurance estimate to replace the floor the way it was , However when they show up to do the work they simply do it in which ever way is the easiest. They were suppose to do the flooring north to south, but instead did it east to west to save time due to less cuts. The Laminate was not joined together properly, now there are large gaps between boards in EVERY ROW. Shouldnt AC Flooring train their workers to have the most basic level of skill to read, and butt one board into the last?

Impossible to get them to do a proper job can call them every week for months and they will not fix the cracks they left in my floor Dwain says he is sending someone over next week but they never show up to fix it They always have some excuse why it's not their fault Here are pictures of about half the cracks they left when installing the flooring I would give a zero but one is the lowest rating allowed Here is an up date April 12th '18 It's been 20 months since my floor was installed After calling everyone involved And a.c. flooring about a hundred times I'm not exaggerating Finally they redid the floor for the second time and it looks much better this time But for them to comment here telling me to call the store??? Like I haven't done that 2-3 times a week for months on end with no results already And dwian told to to stop calling
