As a project manager I was left with a really annoying task to find on match flooring samples for one of my project when I walked in the place is really nice very clean . at the front desk there was a nice lady named AUNE , she made this entire process easier and faster she definitely made me feel like someone is trying to help me even though we haven’t found the right samples . she kept informing me a few days after about the progress and sample options and make sure I have everything I need. This is by far one of the best experiences I had working with any supplier and after 10 years of experience in this field Amber flooring definitely gets my recommendation .

I *LOVE* working with Amber flooring. I'm a Realtor, and I have been using Amber to refinish or replace wood flooring in our upcoming listings for several years. Noam has educated me so much on the types of wood flooring, what you can and cannot do to each type, and has provided excellent workmanship and customer service. They are our go-to company for new flooring. I love his honesty about what is feasible. We have asked him to do some tricky stuff, and he always lets us know if what we are requesting is a good or bad idea, if there are alternate solutions, and how confident he will be with the outcome. We have never once been disappointed with the quality of the work or the service, after using Amber many times. They show up on time, they finish on time (often earlier than expected), they communicate clearly, and their prices are what I consider to be mid-range. We shop for value when we select vendors for our clients, so while we have found cheaper flooring companies, their work is NEVER as good at Amber. In effect, Amber is the cheapest company we could find that meets our insanely high standards for quality work and customer service! Ha! (For what it's worth, we have also found higher priced companies that cannot meet our standards too!).

Start to finish, a great experience! Our floors had more than 15 years of wear and tear and, thanks to Amber, may actually look better now than they did when they were new. Everyone who worked at the house was incredibly pleasant and professional to deal with and took great care to make sure that the job was well done. The color specialists were remarkable not just in their ability to match the existing stain, but for their patience in achieving it. Saul in particular was outstanding to work with. Highly recommended!

Read the fine print! I was generally happy with Amber Flooring's replacement of my tile kitchen floor with hardwood flooring. Until I replaced my refrigerator, and learned that they did not do the entire job, and instead cut a jagged and unfinished strip just underneath my old refrigerator and did not replace the entire floor. When I asked them for help, they claimed that their contract provision - which said they were "not responsible" for moving appliances -- justified this ridiculous work. I then received snotty emails from them about this issue. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They do not stand behind their product, and failed to take any responsibility for a shoddy job.
